    Worst Remote control ever.

    Would give a higher rating but Remote Control sucks. Buttons are really small and has too many buttons. Very easy to hit the wrong button and lose what you are watching, Do like using my phone for tv control, but even that has issues. Next tv I will investigate how complex the RC is.

    If you are in the market for a QLED Tv. I would highly recommend spending a bit more and go with a Q7F series.

    Install a no go

    Be nice if I had it. Scheduled appointment and never showed up. Cancelled second appointment and wanted me to reschedule. Built a new house and haven’t had a tv in 2 weeks. Ask that they just deliver TVs and I’ll install them myself. No response. Bought 2 TVs and a sound bar and added 2 more installs of TVs previously purchased from Best Buy. Very disappointed

    First tv arrived broken Then brought to store for another Extremely difficult to navigate this tv Isn't yet working with Alexa. Now it freezes I may have to return will NOT but another Samsung
