    Worth the purchase! Truly impressed by my viewing experience and the overall UI incorporated into the TV itself. Got this as a Black Friday deal in 2025 and so far, it hasn't disappointed!

    It's a good TV it just don't have Alexa built in but it do works with Alexa. But I did return it because it didn't have built in Alexa.

    Bought this TV back in December 2025. This was a great purchase, resolution is great featured very easy to use. Price was really reasonable.

    Samsung QLED TV is a very good tv. A very nice upgrade from our other Samsusng TV.

    Samsung Q6F 4K TV Blurred Picture

    Do not purchased this product. I purchased the 55" Q6F and it has blurred picture on fast moving scenes. Samsung sent out a tech to troubleshoot the issue and said there is nothing they can do because that is a known issue called picture blur due to motion accelerator is the best that it can do on this model. The motion accelerator is supposed to take an HD 1080p streaming service and make the picture look normal on a 4K TV. This model TV does not handle that well so that is where you see a blurred picture on fast moving scenes. That is how the TV works and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. Samsung and Best But is giving me the run around pointing the finger at each other to provide a resolution. (Replace the TV) So now I am stuck with a TV that all fast-moving scenes is blurred. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Best Buy & Samsung. I even bought a 5-year protection plan from Best Buy which is useless to me right now. The TV is less than 60 days old from the time I called Best Buy and I'm being told there is nothing they can do because it's past the return policy window. But I thought I was protected with my Protection plan but nope Best Buy said that does not help me in this situation. It’s a shame I bought this TV and protection plan thinking that if something is wrong, I would be covered but I was wrong. Beware folks of this model and other models may have the same issue. Also think twice before purchasing the so-called protection plan. I would give Best Buy ZERO stars but can’t. It’s horrible they don’t want to do something to help resolve this issue and their customer service action is there is noting we can do. IT’S SAD TO THAT I AM NOW STUCK WITH A DEFECTIVE TV. THAT’S BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THEIR BEST. I guess they may lose a few dollars if they replace the TV as they would rather have an unhappy customer.

    I bought this TV based on Samsung's reputation and the positive online reviews. Wow, what a disappointment it was. The sound was very thin; the picture was good but not great. The setup wasn't as easy as the TCL that I replaced it with. The remote was hard to use, terrible in fact! After a week of moderate use, it began having trouble with menus freezing. Then the HDMI connection to the Sonos soundbar started having problems. Next, we had trouble searching for content. We discovered that this TV doesn't have a microphone (you have to buy their soundbar to get a microphone), so we turned on the Voice Assist feature thinking it would allow voice control. Big mistake, what an obnoxious feature. it would actually interrupt programming every time we hit a button like changing the volume. This causes Voice Assist to blast in with "Volume has been raised (or lowered)"! No kidding, thanks for interrupting the movie, now I have to rewind just to hear what the program content was saying and so guess what happened next, the rewind function caused voice assist to interrupt the program material again! This happens every time you touch a button on the remote, what a useless and obnoxious feature this is! Then I had to go into the menu 5 separate times before it would it finally turned off the voice assist! Frankly, this was by far the worse TV experience I've ever had. A smart TV that is too dumb to process voice commands. Extremely disappointed so I ended up retuning it. Fortunately, BEST BUY was very helpful with taking care of this problem.
