    Best Buy Managers put the 'Best' in Best Buy

    If you are in the market for a QLED Tv. I would highly recommend spending a bit more and go with a Q7F series.

    Not Happy

    TV screen went "blank" after 16 days of use. Samsung sent tech, no repair made TV was taken for repair....no offers of new TV...bought new. TV to be returned repaired approx 5/13...so I'm told...Bought new now I have a rebuilt, with no compensation...not happy Would attach photo as requested but...NO TV!

    Install a no go

    Be nice if I had it. Scheduled appointment and never showed up. Cancelled second appointment and wanted me to reschedule. Built a new house and haven’t had a tv in 2 weeks. Ask that they just deliver TVs and I’ll install them myself. No response. Bought 2 TVs and a sound bar and added 2 more installs of TVs previously purchased from Best Buy. Very disappointed

    First tv arrived broken Then brought to store for another Extremely difficult to navigate this tv Isn't yet working with Alexa. Now it freezes I may have to return will NOT but another Samsung
