The first one that was delivered had a glitch black spot that showed on the left side of the screen occasionally within the first week of using it. I had already thrown away the box but I took it in anyway and they fully reimbursed me and I re-bought it again. The second one has had no issues and has worked great, exactly what I was looking for!

A few extra steps to get to where I want to go from the old tv.

Great overall picture and features for the price. For a direct lit tv, I see an awful lot of light around the edges, particularly in the corners on dark screens. I find the remote buttons to be rather small and wish it were backlit. I’m happy with the tv overall.

Picture is great. Remote is great. Set up was terrible and so over complicated. Had to download an app on my phone to get it working. The software bloat and inability to set my own startup preferences is poor. This was an upgrade from a previous Samsung that was fabulous. The software interface is not very good. SamsungAI’s help is not wanted or needed.

Samsung tv is good with the color, size is fits our living room.

This is our third Samsung tv not of this model First one was in 2017 loved it until 2023 when the tv was 8 years old the color started getting dull and washed out so we got a new Samsung crystal tv it has a awesome pic and great features until December 6th 2025 the edges on the tv screen were starting to get black spots so since we had geek squad protection for 5 years we were able to get it replaced at no cost with a new tv for the price we paid for the crystal so we have now is this 2025 Samsung QLED 6F it has a awesome pic we think it’s better then the one we traded in everything looks so life like the color is really good recommend this to any one out there looking for a QLED TV great features got a lot Of apps to choose from in the tv. we have a Apple TV hooked up to HDMI and it makes everything look really good games look really good even my husbands PlayStation hooked up using HDMI 4K looks amazing we think it looks better on this model then the crystal the games are more crisp and clear we think this is the one worth spending the money on if your looking for a new Samsung tv go with this one

Very easy to set up, great picture and sound! Exactly what I was looking for.

Great picture and quality for the price. I am not a TV enthusiast and didn't want to pay a ton for a TV. However I still like to have good picture and quality. For the price this TV has an excellent display. Very good for watching sports.

Very good price for this unit. Actually had my eyes on a different TV but after talking to a salesperson and the benefits and upgrades with this TV I went with his recommendation. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this tv about two weeks ago, so i haven't had it for a very long time. It was easy to buy in store on my credit card, all i needed was my ID. The picture is clear and crisp and it was a breeze to set up alone. It has all the standard streaming apps and they have all worked perfectly on wifi. 55 inches is a pretty good size overall, i made sure to measure my fireplace and the standwith on a 65/75 were too big. The sound is kind of low, i think it needs a sound bar, also on dark scenes it was pitch black! It took forever to find a half way decent contrast/brightness combo. Its a decent tv, i think there is def better options available.

It's an amazing TV. Very responsive, great quality. Our favorite feature is that its smart enough to know which device is on which HDMI port and it automatically labels them.

Through all of our research this seemed to best of the less expensive options across brands. Based on other reviews it sounds like we got a box with a newer version of the remote - bigger / normal size. Initially the speed of click felt way too fast but this was a big upgrade from our ole tv so we are used to it now. As always with the smart tvs, my only complaint is the chaotic layouts on the home screens and difficulty finding the app you’re looking for. Otherwise we are super happy - crisp and clear picture and excellent sound for coming out the back.

The picture quality is great and it’s about the perfect size for the room I’m using it in. The software is very user-friendly and the controller works great!
