I received an email that my gift was ready but went to Bestbuy and no one could figure out why it did not work. After a couple of days of surfing I finally spoke with a real person who helped me get. Other than that all was great. Thank you. I chose you over the Samsung company.

Very easy to hit the wrong button and lose what you are watching, Do like using my phone for tv control, but even that has issues. Next tv I will investigate how complex the RC is.
