Great buy. Easy to set up. We were looking for a smart TV since our old smart TV would not work with streaming services any more. This TV solved our problems. Nice size screen for our family room.

We love the new TV. The previous TV in our family room seemed sufficient and worked well, but wow, this TV is fantastic! We stick with Samsung for our mobile phones and TVs and have never been disappointed. Also, I can't say enough about the professionalism of the Geek Squad's representative. We purchased a new television and sound system for our family room TV. I feel that the Geek Squad went above and beyond, going so far as to set up our apps (NetFlix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBOMax, Disney+, etc.) and having us log in. He instructed us on how to use the remote and give us many tips and tricks to make our experience so much better.

This TV is amazingly clear. The remote takes some getting used to but once you get it it’s pretty cool. I like that it’s solar. This is a beautiful set. Quick and easy set up. Great purchase.

This Samsung 55" Smart TV is replacing our previous 17 year old Samsung 50" projection "not-so-smart" TV that had provided good service until its color guns' failure. The improvement in picture quality of this QLED 4K UHD Tizen TV is amazing and has inspired us to turn this TV's location into our home's "theatre" room. The Best Buy's Geek Squad technical representative Stuart Eloph has done a superb job of installation, setup, and customer startup training. Thank you Stuart and Best Buy!!

I really wanted to purchase a oled tv but was too afraid of the burn in issues so I went this qled. It has almost all the settings needed for next gen gaming except dolby vision. Picture is quality is great. In short if you want a really good tv with very little to no fuss than look no further than a Samsung qled.

Purchased this tv on a good deal. Did a ton of re search as I always do on my electronic purchases, I was looking for a tv that is great for Xbox series x, watching movies (Netflix,Hulu,apps) and watching football. I had a 2017 Samsung 4K 8 series (bought from Best Buy) and while that was a great tv this q70 is amazing! I can’t really put into words how beautiful the tv is I love this and highly recommend if you play series x. Yes there are better more expensive tv but I find this tv better then others in that 900-1200 price range.

Gave 3 stars because i have a suspicion that they replaced my brand new tv with a refurbished unit. My original tv had a pixel stuck on red constantly after just about 4 hrs of use. I understand i lost the screen lottery on that one, so i called about a return. Took about a week to get, but thats ok too. When they delivered my new one it looked perfect , ...the same box and same white platic straps. when i unboxed it remote and everything in sealed plastic just like my first one. But when i took off the soft plastic wrapping that goes around the whole tv, when i took that off there was noticeable brown dust on the backbof the tv, then once i got it together i noticed everything was the same as my first one except that big peel off screen protector was not there! And i swear there are times when this screen does not seem as crisp as the first one. This is my second one. Not sure if i should complain.

I'm quite pleased with this television. It is replacing a 2008 Samsung 46" television (which I also liked, but I wanted to upgrade to 4K). I didn't like that I had to assemble and attach the stand, but I guess that's the trade-off for having so little packaging (the box is very slim). I do wish Samsung (or anyone) made a non-smart television with a high-quality panel like this one. I'm using this television with an Apple TV and a Nintendo Switch. I'm also using a ZVOX SoundBase instead of the built-in speakers.

Nice TV. Bought it to replace a 50” that went bad after only 1 1/2 yrs. This TV has good color and streams well. I like that it has a center pedestal.

Easy setup, beautiful picture, overall a good purchase

The picture on this tv is super! It was easy to set up and pair with Alexa and sound system. Highly recommend the Samsung line.

Awsome tv, much better than the q80a, I like tvs that use a va panel instead of ips or ads. You should definitely get a sound bar. There have only been 2 problems so far, the first is the tizen app runs very slow sometimes and almost appears to be frozen. The second problem is the first tv I picked up has 3 clusters of dead pixels, which is unacceptable for a tv over $750, hopefully the second tv wont have any. I suggest you download a screen test app when you get a new tv and display solid colors on the screen and look closely for black spots or miscolored pixels, especially on an open box purchase.

Very Nice picture, like the size, great bedroom TV

I have had the TV about a month now and am quite pleased with it. Assembly was quite simple, there are 4 DVD ports so connections were easy. Routing the cables was a little difficult because there is not much on the back to secure them to while attaching them to the center legs, but not impossible. I think the picture is very good, I use a sound bar so can’t comment on speakers. I also use the remote from my previous Samsung TV so can’t comment on that either. I also purchased the 5 year warranty. Dealing with Best Buy was easy, I was in & out in about 20 minutes. They loaded it into the van for me.

Love our new TV. Great picture and easy to use. Added a sound bar, works well for good sound in a room with a 20’ ceiling.
