it was a pleasant experience to actually go to Best Buy and look at the selection of Samsung TV, the sales person who reached out to me explained the difference between QLED and UHLED and we ended up purchasing a 55" QLED and I love it, crispy image and very robust sound. I would highly recommend to go to the store instead of purchasing online as I originally wanted to do from Amazon.

I needed a new TV to replace an older 32" LCD Samsung that was still working fine, and has lasted 14 years. I needed a bigger TV, so I decided to get another Samsung, as you cannot beat their quality. The TV is great, easy to setup, and I love the fact that the stand on the Q70A and Q80A is center mounted, so I didn't need to go out and buy a wider TV stand!

I've had this TV now for a month and am loving it. The picture is very clear, crisp, and watching 4K movies is a joy. I upgraded from a 6 year old Samsung TV and am very pleased so far. I purchased a sound bar to go with the TV and the sound is so much better and immersive. This is located in our master bedroom

Do your research. Tweak the color setting on one of the set profiles. Looks much better at home after doing this. You won't be disappointed. Sound is good, but still consider a sound bar. But one thing I like most about this TV, plugging into the LAN port is a better streaming experience compared to an external device, FireTV or xBox, etc.

This is a great TV as far as picture quality. Right now I'm watching it from a side angle with almost no picture degradation. Decent sound quality without the soundbar, too, but still soundbar with subwoofer is better, so I kept and am using my old one. Smooth, easy onscreen menu, although you have to click through too many settings to get to the Source selector, so that could be better. Also, I'd like to see one more HDMI port. But still, a lot of goodness for the money.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with one of the Best Buy advisor Nick Murtz who helped us find the awesome quality TV and helped us with financing. The process was very smooth and Nick was very knowledgeable. We are satisfied with our Samsung TV and the color vibrants and quality are amazing.
