The picture is beautiful, and the sound quality is amazing. I also really like the center pedestal it makes the tv very stable.

Everything looks so much sharper clearer and realistic in comparison to my older LG that I had. The only thing i would watch out for is that it can be a little bright so may need to tweak the picture settings to compensate for this but overall a great TV.

Thank you for purchasing the 2021 Samsung Neo QLED QN85A and sharing your thoughts on the image quality. Our Dual LED technology uses dedicated warm and cool LED backlights that optimize color and dramatically enhance contrast, and the Quantum Processor 4K elevates every picture to 4K.
If you are uncomfortable with the default brightness settings, you can customize the brightness level between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.
You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. Filmmaker Mode™ is a trademark of UHD Alliance, Inc.
Intelligent Mode also enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing.

We were given a delivery date. Which was exceeded due to not being in stock so we waited. The set was finally delivered on April 6. Geek Squad folks set it up. We are well pleased. No, that is not strong enough. This is the best TV we have ever owned.
