This TV is supposedly good for gaming nerds. I really didn't notice much of a difference in quality comparing to the Samsung 7000 series made in 2020 and sold for half the price as the Q70A. The remote control is legit (rechargeable USB-C) and the processor is faster. Other than the remote and processor, it's not much better than older/cheaper models. I will be returning this TV.

Great TV

Dont buy this tv, dead pixels.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.second q70a after returning first for dead pixel within 3 days. now this one has a dead pixel within 3 months. its a samsung. what have they been doing? dont buy this tv, i am an avid gamer. bought it to use as monitor for the 120 hz refresh rate in 4k and it is a beautiful tv. but again im a gamer, i am closer than one would normally be for watching a tv of this size. but its noticeable. first time it happened was dead center, this one is like mid left bottom but about 7 inches from the bottom. so its pretty much still central to the image. if it was a corner pixel i might have never noticed. but im severely disappointed and will be going through my options. also my concern isnt so simply as unsatisfied. its that, if one pixel died in 3 days on the first tv, this second tv one has died within 3 months, how much longer do i have before i see multiple? and how quick will they all die out. tried screen fixers etc. nothing works.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your Q70A TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. For help with setting up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
