I upgraded from a Vizio V series television after it had completely broken. I came to the store determined to get an LG but i was told to buy a samsung due to the “quality” of their product. From constant hardware issues to frequent crashing, this tv has been an absolute nightmare. In the beginning of ownership, I already had some audio issues present on the television. As of currently, my tv now has half if the screen dimmed black and continues to grow dimmer each time i turn it on. I called Samsung support. While I understand and acknowledge the warranty policy, it is completely unacceptable for a tv not even two years old to break. I have done nothing to the tv to instigate an issue. Unfortunately for me, samsung has told me i need to foot the bill for this, after I paid 1200 dollars for it. It is safe to say, that i will never purchase another tv from Samsung. Fix your standards and work on the quality rather than the quantity.

I still have at least one of each in some capacity. But as a main TV none of the higher end discount brands met expectations. The savings wasn’t worth the hassle and annoyance. This TV performs. This TV is awesome. Everything about it, honestly, is great.
