Is The 4k Experience Really A Game Changer?

With that said, I do not believe the 4K lives up to the hype, and know we do have a 4K cable receiver, and honestly the shows must be newer to see any difference between 4K and just LED. We do like the slim design but if I had it to do all over, probably won't have bought one, at least not yet.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your new Q70A 4K QLED TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.
To ensure that your TV’s picture is optimized, be sure that you are always running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.
In addition, the image quality on your screen depends on the source and the connection. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.
The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

I went to bestbuy expecting to purchase a $300-$400 dollar television. Needed something for the game room. The salesman asked what game system. I told him the newest PS5 and Xbox he said oh this is what you need!

The remote sucks, the menu syatem sucks, and the picture is average at best. The tv keeps thinking my stereo system is a directv , and there is no option to delete it so i cam re add it correctly. I expected so much more from this tv

Was even able with geek squad to hook into ceiling speakers installed earlier.
