    Delivery was on time. Tech set up the TV and was very helpful in guiding me on the new options on this TV. Have sound bar, cannot rate sound on TV

    So far it's an amazing tv. I do recommend it for sure. The smart features are great I can control my window. Can from the rv remote and that is just awesome .

    Received delivery of TV on 12/22/2021 just before Xmas. I was very pleased with the Geek Squad that came out and set up everything perfectly!

    Picture is ok, but have had to exchange twice for very poor panel qc. Last two had everything including clusters of dead pixels, dark spots and scratches.

    This is an excellent TV. I am using it in my remodeled basement in a low light situation. Excellent black contrasts. Also, excellent color saturation.

    Good value but not many options for 55” on a center stand. Not sure if Samsung will have the longevity that my LG had…time will tell

    I came with the intention of buying a TV and did not need to be convinced. The sales person asked many unnecessary questions but we got the deal done. Less is always more. The TV is beyond my expectations and looks great in my room.

    Not happy a lot of shadowing and glitching I'm glad I got the total tech wich comes with 60 return will upgrade to oled it could just be this tv has issues

      We appreciate your feedback on the interface and image quality of your Q60B TV. To ensure you've got the latest optimizations, please be sure your unit is running the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.
