Great picture quality, for 60fps when it comes to gaming; it’s not bad at all

The TV is awesome, I love the picture. The only issue is the controller it is not very user friendly.

I love my new TV! I redecorated my condo recently and wanted to upgrade my TV. I had a 32" Samsung in an entertainment center that I no longer use. Without that furniture, the space could accommodate a 55" TV easily. Samsung was again my brand of choice. The color, brightness, sharpness and sound are excellent! I also had the TV installed, which was done professionally and efficiently!

Its been about 10 years since I purchased a TV and was blown away with how much they've changed since then. The picture quality was superb, setup was easy and quick (less than 40 minutes including mounting). I'm really impressed with how easy it is to switch between apps, the blu-ray player, and cable. Great TV for the price and looks super in a room with great light.

Love my Samsung 55" Q70A TV. Great definition, color & sound (I added a soundabar). Easy to navigate. One app I wanted to used (Philo to watch Yellowstone) is not compatible with this TV but a great Samsung customer support person walked me through hot to stream it from my laptop to the TV which I really appreciated so all's well! I recommend this TV

Great TV. Very clear and crisp. Our last smart TV was a Sony. But this one is superior.

We're very happy with our new TV. More than that, the servicemen were SO HELPFUL, answering our questions, setting the TV up to give us easy access to the PBS PASSPORT programs which we are now enjoying everyday! They also showed us how to manage the remotes easily. That has allowed us to enjoy the available services without problems. KUDOS to Joseph and Davis for their patience and professionalism!

I purchased a Samsung 55" Q70A Series QLED 4k TV. Very little trouble setting it up and everything appeared to be working great. I didn't try to use the streaming Apps installed on the TV like Netflix, Hulu, etc. because i watch them thru by XFINITY cable box; but one day, I tried to use the E-Manual and received an error message; then I tried to connect to the internet and that wasn't working; then I tried to use my streaming apps and received error messages and well; of course this all happened 2.5 weeks after I bought the TV from Best Buy so I couldn't return it; I went online to Samsung and engaged in an online chat with a company rep; the guy was very professional and helpful and walked me through several troubleshooting steps to see if the problem could be fixed; nothing worked, not even a factory reset of the TV; finally the company rep said that he would write up a work order; it took him about 15 minutes do do so; then he said I would be contacted by one one their authorized service companies; in this case Assurian; I received a phone call from Assurian and an appointment was made for a few days later for a technician to come to my home to fix the TV; also, Assurian ordered a new main computer board for the TV (thru Samsung) and the item was overnighted to my home; the Assurian tech (Scott) came to my home and was ASWEOME!!!!! He took my TV off its wall mount and opened up the back and replaced the main computer board; he ran the TV thru some set-up and re-configuring and everything was working great!!! Thank you Samsung and Assurian for fixing my TV at no cost to me (since there was a 1 year guarantee; a potential disaster was averted and I am very much appreciative of Samsung's standing behind their product and Assurian's AWESOME technician!!! Thanks!!!!!!!

Great tv, easy set up, great color and picture. Only cons was zero hardware. My mount with current tv had different sized screws so they didnt fit this tv resulting in a good hour to find the proper ones. Do i really see a difference from a tv half its price though? Not much, but when playing playstation, massive increase in detail and color.

I'm very pleased with this Samsung TV, its an ugrade from my previous 32" Samsung. AppleTV, Amazon Prime, Netflix already preloaded and easily accessed using the solar remote was a bonus. Best Buy delivered on time with setup that was professionally provided,making sure I was satisfied and comfortable with operating new TV.

It has a perfect image, I would buy a bigger one Necesito time
