Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q70T TV and for your review. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Disappointing

The Smart app is horrible. Not user friendly at all. I am considering buying a Raku device as they are so much better than Samsung Smart TV.

QLED TV Very Disappointing!

The picture was just not sharp and the blacks were not deep enough. I had always been anxious to try a QLED TV but frankly, it was very disappointing. Returned this TV.

Unstable volume/ sound

Auto Volume is a feature on Samsung Smart TVs that helps to avoid volume fluctuation when changing between channels or sources on the TV. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test

Too dim for HDR

Try watching anything dark in HDR in a room with the lights on and good luck seeing anything. There's not enough brightness and you can't turn it off. I had a Roku Ultra hooked up that I could force the HDR off and it made the set usable, but that's silly to have to add hardware to make the TV be less than advertised. Also, it would occasionally drop frames, happened on all sorts of content, including the internal apps. I got the TCL 6 series and it blows this set away for a lot less money.

Volume issue with this

Fragile garbage; Terrible Service

When I tried to return it, Best Buy told me I had damaged the screen simply by picking up the TV to hang it on the wall. And they refused to accept the return. I handled the TV normally and appropriately, I simply picked it up to move it from the floor to the wall. I held it for no more than ten seconds. I didn’t drop it, bump it, or so anything other than lift it. But lifting the TV is a necessary and foreseeable part of using the TV—I can’t watch it in the box! If lifting the TV breaks it, then the TV is no good to begin with, and Best Buy should allow an exchange or return.

Dirty Screen Effect

Dirty Screen Effect is strong with this TV - terrible and disappointing. The auto sound adjust does not really work properly. When my AC kicks on, no volume difference and I have to turn up the TV - yes I have it enabled.
