Excellent TV for my wife's office. She needed some time to get used to the enhanced software relative to some older models in our household and the remote is smaller than older models.

Product is great, only complaint is that connections on the back are pretty limited so you'll likely want to connect it to a tuner/receiver. Best Buy customer service was a drag during pickup, but it always has been, so no surprise there.

I really like this smart TV. It's a big improvement over my 20 year old TV and I am getting used to all the fancy new features. The picture is great, the size is great (fits my stand but is much larger than the old TV) and it's easy to use. (I did purchase a remote that is more like the one I was using for the old TV.) I'm very happy that I got this TV!

Walked into store and I knew what Brand and size TV I was looking to purchase, I found a store rep and he showed me the different brands. I chose the Samsung 55", and we are very pleased with the tv.

The picture quality is great. Still learning some of the features. I do like that the remote is rechargeable.

Love this TV for the clear picture and sound. Since this is a Samsung Smart TV, it uses a Samsung platform for adding streaming apps which is very different from Amazon Fire TVs, cubes, and sticks. This required some online searching to complete, but I was able to do it. The control is different from the Amazon controllers, but it is not hard to use.

The Samsung TV looks amazing with its sleek dedign! The picture quality is incredibly sharp and vibrant, with deep colors and a smooth motion. It’s a high-quality TV that makes everything looks crisp.

Can't ask fir a better picture. Can't ask for a better price. Just perfect.

Samsung continues to perform well with their tv products. This is my 3rd tv from them and have never been disappointed with their quality.

I like the TV, great quality and loving the thin frame. However, I noticed that the remote single tends to lag. The volume of the TV isn’t as loud as I expected. So now it seems that I need to invest in a sound system.

I absolutely love this TV! I couldn't be more happier. The picture quality is crystal clear the colors are vibrant. It's sleek, modern and looks good in my bedroom. Definitely worth ever penny

Samsung is reputed to have the brightest QLED screen, and it is available at a price in this particular model that other manufacturers charge a lot more for, even in a 55" Class.

So far really love it. Had a tv suddenly stop working. This is a good mid level tv for use in our bedroom.

Great once it agreed to having me set it up . First factory follow the prompts sucked and failed ! Geek Squad to the rescue and two hrs later all hood!!

Overall, happy with the TV. Some issues with the tv connection not always turning on immediately. Had to contact cable provider.

Recently moved and my old tv broke during the move. This product was in stock and is such an awesome great priced tv. Highly recommend!
