The sound is not the greatest I've ever heard from a TV, but adequate. All the apps that come preloaded on the TV are easy to use and the smart remote is great.

BUT! We hate the remote, very small(ez to misplace) and hard for seniors to figure.

Samsung 55 Inch TV Issue

That is, when I plug it in it does not feel tight and so many times there is a lot of pixelating of shows and I've had trouble viewing recorded programs and get messages that there was a problem with recording them. I feel like this is due to the plug in not being secure and so assume there is a problem with the TV. Otherwise, I love this television with its usual great picture.
