great stunning colors and fidelity! The audio is so so but that's expected. If you want quality sound you will definitely need a soundbar/ audio system.

Great Picture, only struggle is learning the remote. really having problems, particularly FF & Rewind.

So far it's performing great. I highly recommend putting into "Dynamic" picture setting. It makes a world of difference. Love the voice activated remote.

Bright colors and solid performance. Added a Bluetooth sound bar, but the sound is slightly out of sync with the picture.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the TV. When I got the TV home, I discovered that it was damaged. The box had a dent and when I opened it, the TV back was dented in too. The box was loaded in my car for me so I didn't look at it closely before I left the store. The store should do a better job of checking the merchandise before it leaves the store. Also, I was very agravated that you cannot directly call a Best Buy store directly anymore. After a 20 mile trip back to the store they courteously exchanged it for me.

Samsung has been my TV of choice for many years. I usually upgrade every 5 years with the advances changing rapidly. I really like this new platform QLED with very vibrant colors.

Love the picture it has, remote is so much more simpler, love how the remote has no batteries

I bought this TV for my son. He loves it. I’ve always gotten great things from Best Buy. I’ve bought my dishwasher my washer and now a TV for my son. Great picture wonderful purchase.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this is a great TV for the price!

The picture quality is great watching Disney’s Lion King. Colors are vivid and clear. I am very happy with the purchase and would do it again. I would advise getting a soundbar too!

Always happy with Samsung TVs...This is my 4th Samsung purchased over the last 20 years and Ive been happy with every one of them. I purchased all of them at Best Buy...they have always had the best price!!!

As someone with basically no knowledge about tv resolution and quality this was a perfect option for me. It was a great cost, easy setup, and I have had no complaints so far

I was not feeling Another Samsung TV. My first 2019.Was not a great experience. We bought from QVC with a warranty, a black line developed an across the bottom of the screen. We called the Company. The Customer Service Reps couldn’t make a connection with our warranty info. We called QVC. No more crap Purchases.Unfortunately Best Buy has a couple of choices. I bite my pride and purchased this tv.

The 4k is almost 3d looking. I really like all of the channels offered by the Samsung Network and how the channel guide is grouped by content.

Very good TV! Sometimes it does have minor lag which can be annoying but overall great!
