    Odd screen reset upon channel change

    The picture clarity is okay, with some shows being clearer than others. An annoying thing that happens is, every time I change the channel, the screen goes to the new channel, then goes black for about a half second, then resumes. It's annoying as heck. This is the 2025 version of this TV, and that's the best it can do? I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy this again.

    This is not a 55 inch tv

    They say this is a 55 inch but it measures 48inch i called and called about this and best buy says we will escalate this but no one responds would have sent it back pronto but needed the tv for my mom who is mobility impaired

    Samsung Fan Boy Very Disappointed

    I LOVE Samsung; However this tv does nothing but suck when attempting to operate. Its been at least 3 months and for some reason I was hit with ads on my home screen even with the "Personalization Ads Service" turned off. Every tiny thing I do with the remote and TV... Even just trying to change the HDMI input takes way too long. Sometimes, it cant even. Stating "Loading, please wait." If you want a Samsung TV, make sure it does not have the Tizen OS. Get the one with Google on it. Hard to find. But it seems worth it.

    Remote malfunction.

    The remote stopped charging. When it is connected for charging, it reaches 100% in seconds. When disconnecting the charging cable, it reaches near %0 in seconds. And when I shut down the TV, I will not be able to turn it on unless I connect the charging cable to the remote. Sometimes, the remote will work ok..... For the TV is working ok, but there are some changes that are needed, e.g., when browsing the channel timeline, the small screen keeps on the last channel, not showing me what I have selected. Another issue, the Samsung Live TV, when I exit the Ch, keeps running the last ch, this will make my internet account reach the allowed limit within days. Same issue related, these Samsungs Chs, I can not control their quality, which will again cause my internet account to reach the allowed limit easily. My internet account has 1.270 TB for each month.

    We told the salesman we wanted a tv with a big remote and a decent picture. The assisted living installed the tv on the wall for us. When they handed us the remote it was small and had no channel buttons. This was a disaster for my husband. The picture quality is poor. I am highly dissatisfied with this purchase.

    Very disappointed with the brightness and especially when gaming. The volume. The speed and loading is very slow. The remote programed to another tv and will not program with the tv it came with. I was told it was better than the 8000 series but it definitely not.

    The store manager wasnt very nice to me...considering they sent me the wrong t.v....i gound that the t.v. the sales person showed me was a 55"...i didnt know that he said he didnt realize it either...so i said t would take the 55" cause i liked it w/me/ but the mngr. said he couldnt come down on the price for all my trou ble...so i had a $25.00 certificate...i used it...but he was rather rude...!!!...dont think i will shop there again...thinkin of cancelling my membership also...

    Bad service great tv

    Great TV, was very easy to set up and at first had some difficulties with the remote controls, not registering up or left and resolution settings being unable to change. However, after trying three days later, it seems like the TV updated itself, and the remote worked and the resolution settings were adjusted. However when I called in to the Best Buy store to ask about the issues on the day of purchase they said they could have somebody out to my house to address the issues on a Monday with an arrival window between 7am and 7pm. Was very upset about their response and could not afford to take a day off work. After telling them the arrival window would not work their second option was to return the tv. Which I was almost ready to do until the issues fixed themselves through an update.

    Terrible Purchase - Never Again!

    TV defective out of the box. Purchased the TV in June and just opened the box a week ago. Defective screen, no picture. Too late to return to Best Buy, so had to go through Samsung Warranty service. What a joke that is. Customer service keeps passing me off to another phone number to call and spend hours waiting on someone to answer the phone only to have the line disconnect. I wouldn't purchase another Samsung product and I'm sorry I purchased this one.

    Worst TV I've ever had!

    Very slow, forgets logins to streaming services, does not get network connection until it's been up and running for at least 45 seconds, cannot adjust gamma to override dark movies, sound is simply awful. DO NOT BUY THIS TV!

    Overall, above average TV

    Great picture, easy to set up and navigate. Used in a low to medium light room, 12' x 20', optimal viewing lengthwise. Only negative, so far, is the sound. I replaced my previous 40" of the same manufacturer and the sound was better in my old set. Going to need a sound bar I guess.
