Bought the tv at 11:15 in the morning, returned it at 12:10 after calling and telling them the screen was broken out of the box. Long story short, the worthless female manager basically blamed it on me, wouldn't do anything else, so essentially they stole 450.00 from me.

Like with most TVs now, t's got a lot of built in apps that you 'll want to go through and delete, but that seems unavoidable these days. The sound is good without any additional speakers

They have no problems navigating the menu. The volume options and picture quality are great. Setup was not too bad. Would definitely recommend this TV.
