The only problem I have is the remote control is so small I keep losing it. It is also hard to learn how to get it to the right channel I want to watch. It uses streaming so Spectrum box is not required for usage so that helps save $15.00. a month.

Relatively set-up and good picture quality. Samsung mobile app could use some attention.... several attempts needed to link TV to existing account. We're using it outdoors and did need to project sound via external speakers.

Had this TV for a little while now and the colors are vibrant and really make watching TV enjoyable. I like the Samsung format when you turn the TV on. I have multiple Apps loaded and they turn on quickly. Simple setup as well.

As someone with basically no knowledge about tv resolution and quality this was a perfect option for me. It was a great cost, easy setup, and I have had no complaints so far

Should have 3 HDMI ports remote is small should of had numbers on remote. I'm learning how to use it. Great TV for the price. All the TVs in my house are Samsung. I'm going to get another one time to upgrade didn't know it had such great picture quality all i need now is a sound bar.

I bought this TV for my son. He loves it. I’ve always gotten great things from Best Buy. I’ve bought my dishwasher my washer and now a TV for my son. Great picture wonderful purchase.

I'm very pleased with this TV, the entire transaction also went without any problems from purchase to set up by the Geek Squad. As this was an unplanned purchase because my existing TV expired and I needed a replacement this unit fit the bill. thanks to all!

While the picture quality and sound are fine, this "smart" television is not actually smart enough to stay connected to wifi. It drops the connection every 5-10 minutes, leading to constant buffering when trying to use YouTube or any streaming service on it. I've had to fall back on my dvd collection because anything requiring an internet connection is incompatible with this tv's software. It also interrupts whatever you're trying to watch to advertise its useless AI features. Its universal remote set up feature does not work either, leading me to still need multiple remotes for my blu-ray player and Roku stick.

Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully. Connection Type: 4. Evaluate your connection method – o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions. o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable. o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device. Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools: 5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test 6. Wi-Fi Check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi Last Resort: 7. Perform a Factory Reset (if issues persist): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Note that this will return all settings to their original defaults.

We really like this tv with a few caveats. First, the good. The response time is very fast, the picture and colors are first rate and it was super simple to set up. However, to get all those benefits it is best to be viewing straight on. Viewing from the side washes out the color and skews the picture. We're glad we're glad we bought it but have had to make adjustments in order for all to get the best view.

Ordered our new TV for the bedroom online on Black Friday and it was ready within minutes of getting across town 10 minutes later. Love our new Samsung Qled just like our bigger one we bought 4 years ago. No issues at all!
