Our old tv went bad. Was looking for a tv a little bigger than the old one. Best buy had a great desl on the samsung 55 inch. Picture and sound is great. Love it.

Its a big upgrade from LED to QLED, quality of images are more alive, more colorful, for gaming, movies, etc you'll enjoy this tv, plus remote control you dont need to buy batteries anymore you can recharged another upgraged.

Perfect TV for the price. Remote is simple .Picture quality is crystal clear. Sound quality is decen the size is perfect. It is used in the livingroom. I have no dislikes.

Great TV, especially for the price. The set up was simple and clear. The picture and sound are good quality and it fits well in a small room.

The only problem I have is the remote control is so small I keep losing it. It is also hard to learn how to get it to the right channel I want to watch. It uses streaming so Spectrum box is not required for usage so that helps save $15.00. a month.

This tv is wonderful for the price. I definitely recommend it to others.

This tv is amazing. The only recommendation I would make would be have some sort of pager button for the remote it is so tiny. It is constantly getting lost.

I came home from work to find my Toshiba 3-D dead. I went to Best Buy looking for another Toshiba. The person helping me asked if I had any other tv's, when I remembered my Samsung from 2009. Its been in my guest bedroom for years & the picture quality is still great. He showed me this television & I was immediately hooked.

Overall solid picture quality. Responsive, quick to boot up, decent app performance. Little frustrating to get apps and such loaded up and installed, and doesn't come with many default streaming services installed via Tizen/Samsung. Could use a couple more ports or an optical out.

I love samsung tv's. So easy to install and operate. Wifi easily connects without any issues and the pre programed apps are perfect.

Tv was easy set up and connected to my samsung phone instantly and made set up even easier. Beautiful picture and connects to sound bar wirelessly. Love this tv.

We love our tv the set up was easy, the color is beautiful and I love the remote doesn’t have batteries. It also has Alexa built in.

The unit has a great picture, however the promises that it was ready for spectrum app without the need of spectrum box is untrue. I feel though I was drawn into a had misinformation. At this time spectrum nor Samsung have any information as to when if ever it will have a spectrum ready app. I cannot get rid of the box and save any money with spectrum as a result of this misinformation.

Super easy to set up to suit our preferences, Picture qualtiy is supberb with so many amazing options. Very glad we purchased and would definetly recommend to others!
