As someone with basically no knowledge about tv resolution and quality this was a perfect option for me. It was a great cost, easy setup, and I have had no complaints so far

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the TV. When I got the TV home, I discovered that it was damaged. The box had a dent and when I opened it, the TV back was dented in too. The box was loaded in my car for me so I didn't look at it closely before I left the store. The store should do a better job of checking the merchandise before it leaves the store. Also, I was very agravated that you cannot directly call a Best Buy store directly anymore. After a 20 mile trip back to the store they courteously exchanged it for me.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this is a great TV for the price!

The 4k is almost 3d looking. I really like all of the channels offered by the Samsung Network and how the channel guide is grouped by content.

great stunning colors and fidelity! The audio is so so but that's expected. If you want quality sound you will definitely need a soundbar/ audio system.

I was not feeling Another Samsung TV. My first 2019.Was not a great experience. We bought from QVC with a warranty, a black line developed an across the bottom of the screen. We called the Company. The Customer Service Reps couldn’t make a connection with our warranty info. We called QVC. No more crap Purchases.Unfortunately Best Buy has a couple of choices. I bite my pride and purchased this tv.

I am enjoying my purchase of 55inch TV. Great picture quality- feels like I am in a movie theater. Very user friendly, we used a speaker to increase the volume. Great value for the price.

Relatively set-up and good picture quality. Samsung mobile app could use some attention.... several attempts needed to link TV to existing account. We're using it outdoors and did need to project sound via external speakers.

The picture quality is great for the price. I shouldve bought more item for this because its a crime having it by itslef. Next purchase is a soundbar. The volume is good no complaints so far.

This television has been very good so far. Recognizes the inputs very well but the volume does seem to be an issue where it is not high enough at times. Will definitely need to get a speaker.
