Product is great, only complaint is that connections on the back are pretty limited so you'll likely want to connect it to a tuner/receiver. Best Buy customer service was a drag during pickup, but it always has been, so no surprise there.

Tv was easy set up and connected to my samsung phone instantly and made set up even easier. Beautiful picture and connects to sound bar wirelessly. Love this tv.

As always with Samsung tv’s the picture clarity and color is excellent. The sound is adequate but for a large room a sound bar would be better.

The picture quality is great. Still learning some of the features. I do like that the remote is rechargeable.

Great TV with a beautiful picture for an amazing price!

I like the TV, great quality and loving the thin frame. However, I noticed that the remote single tends to lag. The volume of the TV isn’t as loud as I expected. So now it seems that I need to invest in a sound system.

Love my new tv....great price for the size and overall product. As others have stated...the remote is kind of small. Set up was slightly annoying, but it is a one time thing (unless you reset the tv).

So far really love it. Had a tv suddenly stop working. This is a good mid level tv for use in our bedroom.

This tv is amazing. The only recommendation I would make would be have some sort of pager button for the remote it is so tiny. It is constantly getting lost.

Samsung continues to perform well with their tv products. This is my 3rd tv from them and have never been disappointed with their quality.

Great picture and fine quality and the salesperson at Best Buy was extremely knowledgeable of the products in the department.

The only problem I have is the remote control is so small I keep losing it. It is also hard to learn how to get it to the right channel I want to watch. It uses streaming so Spectrum box is not required for usage so that helps save $15.00. a month.

Pictures nice and clear, the installation was simple and the set up was easy to do.

Overall solid picture quality. Responsive, quick to boot up, decent app performance. Little frustrating to get apps and such loaded up and installed, and doesn't come with many default streaming services installed via Tizen/Samsung. Could use a couple more ports or an optical out.

Love this TV for the clear picture and sound. Since this is a Samsung Smart TV, it uses a Samsung platform for adding streaming apps which is very different from Amazon Fire TVs, cubes, and sticks. This required some online searching to complete, but I was able to do it. The control is different from the Amazon controllers, but it is not hard to use.

Walked into store and I knew what Brand and size TV I was looking to purchase, I found a store rep and he showed me the different brands. I chose the Samsung 55", and we are very pleased with the tv.

My new Samsung TV was very easy to set up. I did it all by myself. The picture is beautiful and clear. I am still learning all of the features of the class Q7F Series QLED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart Tizen TV. It is amazing.
