This is a very good TV. The picture is clear and the remote is easy to use. Setup was quick and easy.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the TV. When I got the TV home, I discovered that it was damaged. The box had a dent and when I opened it, the TV back was dented in too. The box was loaded in my car for me so I didn't look at it closely before I left the store. The store should do a better job of checking the merchandise before it leaves the store. Also, I was very agravated that you cannot directly call a Best Buy store directly anymore. After a 20 mile trip back to the store they courteously exchanged it for me.

Amazing picture! I am 78 years old and still cannot believe how impressive tv’s have gotten. And I could lift a 55” tv as is it is incredibly thin.

Beautiful TV with a beautiful picture. It is sharp and crisp. I chose this because I have purchased Samsung TV's in the past and have been very happy with the quality of the design and the quality of the picture.

The TV is a huge improvement over our 12 year old TV. We are still trying to figure out the apps. I love the picture. The remote is not as intuitive as I would like, and we have to use a second remote to turn the Direct TV system on and off. I was hoping we would only have to deal with one remote, but that didn't turn out to be the case.

This Samsung Q7F 55 inch is the best TV I have ever purchased. The color and the picture quality is 2nd to none. I recommend this TV to all. The price point is spot on.

Had this TV for a little while now and the colors are vibrant and really make watching TV enjoyable. I like the Samsung format when you turn the TV on. I have multiple Apps loaded and they turn on quickly. Simple setup as well.

TV has great picture and many features that are very nice. The setup was a little tricky for me because of lack of techy knowledge but now that it is set up, it is very easy to use. We love the quality of the TV and would definately buy this again.

Great Picture, only struggle is learning the remote. really having problems, particularly FF & Rewind.

Using this with just the built-in apps (no roku or Prime video stick) and it works great. The Samsung-specific features are very helpful too.

Good tv no problems The professional geek squad came and put the TV stand on the wall and put the TV on. Everything was very nice and good. There was no problems. He went over how to work everything.

Amazing picture quality! May to setup. Bluetooth connection is widely accepted across multiple platforms.

Worth the price. Good TV, great channels, Everything is just right.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this is a great TV for the price!

Purchase process was easy. Picture is exceptional. Samsung TV quality is excellent. Setup was simple and easy. Would have liked more info for capabilities of the TV. Price couldn't be any better
