I was not feeling Another Samsung TV. My first 2019.Was not a great experience. We bought from QVC with a warranty, a black line developed an across the bottom of the screen. We called the Company. The Customer Service Reps couldn’t make a connection with our warranty info. We called QVC. No more crap Purchases.Unfortunately Best Buy has a couple of choices. I bite my pride and purchased this tv.

Pretty good quality for an affordable price. I was looking for a tv at a good price to watch movies and this one is pretty good with brightness, color, and resolution.

Geek squad installed TV and did initial setup/adjustments. Tech was very knowledgeable and completed in an hour. I'm very satisfied and will utilize geek squad services in future.

Bright colors and solid performance. Added a Bluetooth sound bar, but the sound is slightly out of sync with the picture.

Bought 55" and 43" Samsung at same time. Both are high quality. I received technical help when I was there to research and buy. Good pricing. No pressure to buy. Found both slightly cheaper elsewhere but went back to buy from BestBuy because of great customer service.

Very clear picture and excellent service from our local Best Buy

So far it's performing great. I highly recommend putting into "Dynamic" picture setting. It makes a world of difference. Love the voice activated remote.
