Love our Samsung Frame TV. Great picture and the art displays are beautiful. We added a frame to the tv and it just finished it nicely.

Not long ago my previous tv just up and quit on me with no warning. I was inconsolable for about 10 minutes, then I moved on. I looked online and saw that Best Buy had a better selection than anyone else in town. I went to the Best Buy close to my work and had some great information about the tv from the electronics section expert, I purchased the tv and picked up at another location due to the tv being out of stock, I wanted a 55 inch screen due to limited space for where it was needed.

It’s pretty, crisp, responsive, sound is great, love that it turns off with a vintage TV graphic, and the solar power remote is awesome. Biggest flaw is that the apps menu features many useless apps and has a poor UX design to delete them or add the ones we actually use. Example: HBO is not listed as a standard app, so we have search for HBO when we want to use it.

Good TV for the price. Picture quality is very good as well as brightness.

The set is working just fine! The Geek Squad set it all up for me. Sadly. the remote is only fair.

Samsung always has a better picture and more free channels to choose from.

Love my new Samsung TV I have always been happy with Samsung. You can't buy a better TV in my opinion
