Awesome picture and great colors, clear and bright. Sound is awesome. Love the size just right for the space. Geek Squad guys were terrific, knew what they were doing. Perfect choice for us. I would give the TV and Geek Squad a total 5. stars and nothing less. Helpful and knew what they were doing. What a difference a new Samsung TV does for our room.

Good picture and price. Works well in a brightly lit living room with natural light. No glare or reflections on the screen. I like that you are able to download other apps not included from the factory. The tv has decent sound, nothing special because the speakers seem to be in the back of the tv. Adding a soundbar is recommended for better quality and clarity of sound

The TV works perfectly for the price, the picture is vivid and has vibrant colors. I only use it for streaming and regular TV channels, so I cannot speak about gaming experience. But for my purpose, it works amazing. Overall, it is a great TV with a smaller price tag!

I am enjoying this new TV with 4K for sure. I am learning how to use more each day. I only wish the picture mode auto adjusted for me. Otherwise it does not disappointed. It you have cable ensure you have or you may need to upgrade to a 4k cable box, to maximize your full 4k picture. However, the streaming apps are usually all set if you have 4k built into your subscrption.

TV has a really good picture and the audio sounds good and clear. 2 Seniors with hearing problems can hear it better than our old Sony. BUT! We hate the remote, very small(ez to misplace) and hard for seniors to figure.

Picture quality is awesome. Easy to use great TV. I would definitely buy this TV again.

Should have 3 HDMI ports remote is small should of had numbers on remote. I'm learning how to use it. Great TV for the price. All the TVs in my house are Samsung. I'm going to get another one time to upgrade didn't know it had such great picture quality all i need now is a sound bar.

The tv is really good quality, great picture & all; I went in thinking I was going to get another Toshiba, but glad I decided on the Samsung. Sales person in the tv section was poor, pretty much ignored me standing there for about 15-20 minutes; a sales person from cellular walked by and actually helped me buy the tv—the other guy said he was only qualified to sell LG?! I wish I could remember the cellular guy’s name, he deserves a pat on the back! The other guy just didn’t look presentable and didn’t have the mindset of a sales person.

This tv comes in at a great price. A samsung tv with amazing color. The remote has a rechargeable battery and can charge from solar power, amazing.

I'm very pleased with this TV, the entire transaction also went without any problems from purchase to set up by the Geek Squad. As this was an unplanned purchase because my existing TV expired and I needed a replacement this unit fit the bill. thanks to all!
