Tv was easy set up and connected to my samsung phone instantly and made set up even easier. Beautiful picture and connects to sound bar wirelessly. Love this tv.

Product is great, only complaint is that connections on the back are pretty limited so you'll likely want to connect it to a tuner/receiver. Best Buy customer service was a drag during pickup, but it always has been, so no surprise there.

I'm not that happy with this television. The plug in spot for the HDMI cord seems off. That is, when I plug it in it does not feel tight and so many times there is a lot of pixelating of shows and I've had trouble viewing recorded programs and get messages that there was a problem with recording them. I feel like this is due to the plug in not being secure and so assume there is a problem with the TV. Otherwise, I love this television with its usual great picture.

Its a big upgrade from LED to QLED, quality of images are more alive, more colorful, for gaming, movies, etc you'll enjoy this tv, plus remote control you dont need to buy batteries anymore you can recharged another upgraged.

The tv is a great replacement for our eleven year old set that died. The colors are brighter and the sharpness is excellent. We did ,however,have to buy a new sound bar since this new set uses a different connection than our old set. Fortunately both the new tv and sound bar were on sale.

So far really love it. Had a tv suddenly stop working. This is a good mid level tv for use in our bedroom.

I like the TV, great quality and loving the thin frame. However, I noticed that the remote single tends to lag. The volume of the TV isn’t as loud as I expected. So now it seems that I need to invest in a sound system.

Great picture and fine quality and the salesperson at Best Buy was extremely knowledgeable of the products in the department.

This tv is amazing. The only recommendation I would make would be have some sort of pager button for the remote it is so tiny. It is constantly getting lost.

The Samsung TV looks amazing with its sleek dedign! The picture quality is incredibly sharp and vibrant, with deep colors and a smooth motion. It’s a high-quality TV that makes everything looks crisp.

Great install service & really crisp picture. Clean & organized with cleanup including taking away boxes.

Overall solid picture quality. Responsive, quick to boot up, decent app performance. Little frustrating to get apps and such loaded up and installed, and doesn't come with many default streaming services installed via Tizen/Samsung. Could use a couple more ports or an optical out.

The only problem I have is the remote control is so small I keep losing it. It is also hard to learn how to get it to the right channel I want to watch. It uses streaming so Spectrum box is not required for usage so that helps save $15.00. a month.
