Bought the tv at 11:15 in the morning, returned it at 12:10 after calling and telling them the screen was broken out of the box. Long story short, the worthless female manager basically blamed it on me, wouldn't do anything else, so essentially they stole 450.00 from me.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:

Its home screen can be confusing because there are too many programs and apps installed with contents that are not easily discernible in any particular order. It takes me a long time to get used to all the channels and programs and contents that the TV offers. They are all listed but not in any logical order according to types or genre. There is a lack of controls to manage how the main home screen should look for a particular user. It is not easy to get to the Setting features, and once getting to it, there are limited control options.
