Absolute worst experience with a retailer in my life. Bought the tv at 11:15 in the morning, returned it at 12:10 after calling and telling them the screen was broken out of the box. Long story short, the worthless female manager basically blamed it on me, wouldn't do anything else, so essentially they stole 450.00 from me.

I couldn’t be happier with my new QLED TV! From the moment I turned it on, the picture quality absolutely blew me away — the colors are incredibly rich and vibrant, and the contrast is sharp and lifelike. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or gaming, everything looks crisp and immersive. What I love most: • Stunning picture quality — deep blacks, bright highlights, and beautiful color accuracy. • Great performance for movies and gaming — smooth motion and minimal blur. • Easy setup & user-friendly interface — had it up and running in no time. • Excellent value for the price — feels like a premium TV without the premium price tag. The sound is solid for a TV speaker (though a soundbar will definitely enhance it if you’re big on audio), and the smart features are intuitive and responsive. Overall, this QLED TV has exceeded my expectations — highly recommended if you want fantastic visuals and a great all-around viewing experience!

The picture quality isn’t what I thought. I was told by the salesperson this was Samsung’s latest.. it didn’t work for me. The remote was so thin I couldn’t manage it. No colors. In the dark watching movies?

Love this tv. Crystal clear picture. Love that it has 2 options for the stand. Legs are easy to add and remove. Sound is also great. Thought we would need a sound bar but it isn't necessary.

The TV screen gives a clear and scrisp picture with a lot of depth. Its home screen can be confusing because there are too many programs and apps installed with contents that are not easily discernible in any particular order. It takes me a long time to get used to all the channels and programs and contents that the TV offers. They are all listed but not in any logical order according to types or genre. There is a lack of controls to manage how the main home screen should look for a particular user. It is not easy to get to the Setting features, and once getting to it, there are limited control options.

I’m extremely impressed with the Samsung 55” Q7F Series QLED TV. The 4K picture quality is vibrant and sharp, and the colors are incredibly lifelike. The Tizen interface is fast and intuitive, with plenty of smart features and streaming options. SamsungVision AI enhances everything I watch. It's also a beautiful, modern design that fits perfectly in my living room. A fantastic upgrade – highly recommended!

So far so good. Only had it for a few weeks so time will tell. Easy set-up and very nice picture. Samsung has always been good to me, last one I had lasted around 7 years.

I like the TV, great quality and loving the thin frame. However, I noticed that the remote single tends to lag. The volume of the TV isn’t as loud as I expected. So now it seems that I need to invest in a sound system.

Good picture, easy set up, lots of useful options.

We really like this tv with a few caveats. First, the good. The response time is very fast, the picture and colors are first rate and it was super simple to set up. However, to get all those benefits it is best to be viewing straight on. Viewing from the side washes out the color and skews the picture. We're glad we're glad we bought it but have had to make adjustments in order for all to get the best view.

I like the TV. Good picture quality, good sound, and I feel Samsung is a reliable brand. Getting the initial set-up done with preferences, connecting the cable box, getting my universal remote to work, etc. was frustrating. There are so many settings with so many layers to each setting that figuring out how to personalize it was difficult, and instructions were hard to come by.

Great TV, especially for the price. The set up was simple and clear. The picture and sound are good quality and it fits well in a small room.

Great quality, great sounds and the 4K resolution looks amazing, the interface is fast and easy to navigate, and the smart features work flawlessly. Setup was quick, and the remote is very intuitive. Highly recommend.

Terrific TV for the size and price. Out of the box picture settings need to be adjusted, but once they are, it's a solid picture with great color, brightness and clarity. Not a big fan of remote control but manageable after several uses. TV sound is passable but not great. Overall, pleased with the purchase.
