Very bad service, technician come twice very angry disrespectull, the Tv that we bought last month don't work properrly. BBB informed

Easy setup with the bracket stands. Colors are perfect. Easy connection to devices. Perfect size for our tv room. Only two complaints for now: 1. remote doesn’t illuminate upon pick up. 2. Mute on volume should be separate, not shared with volume.

Great picture, easy to set up and navigate. Used in a low to medium light room, 12' x 20', optimal viewing lengthwise. Only negative, so far, is the sound. I replaced my previous 40" of the same manufacturer and the sound was better in my old set. Going to need a sound bar I guess.

Great television. Picture quality is excellent and the size of the tv is just what I was looking for.

My new TV gives a clear picture. The remote is uncomplicated and easy to operate. Set up was easy. I am disappointed that my new 55 inch TV measures only 48 inches.

Great smart TV at a great price. Purchased this after returning a TCL (fizzled out after watching for 1 hour) and a Samsung (came broken in the box). Decided to go back to the brand we owned previously. This tv feels solid and has a great picture and many features - most of which I still need to learn and use.

Mesmerizing colors and definition of picture. Would definitely recommend this TV, especially if you can get it on sale. Upgraded from a 4K UHD flat screen and the difference in color and contrast is amazing due to the QLED lighting.

Great tv so far but I've only had it for a few weeks. A bit difficult to navigate especially since it doesn't exhibit recently watched shows or half watched movies. You have to research them by yourself and sometimes I can't remember the titles. The tv has a beautiful picture and a lot of great features. With the help of AI, I've been able to access features I would not have been have been able to figure out on my own. I wish there were instructions somewhere or a manual included with the tv. Maybe it's on line somewhere hidden, as usual these days. It has great sound without a sound bar but some of the features have been turned off like adjusting to more bass for music. Other amazing features have also been disabled for some reason which really makes me angry. I guess they don't want you to have too much fun for the discount price. Love the tv anyway, just hope it lasts a while.

My existing Samsung 55" tv needed to be replaced after 10 years of service I liked it some much I decided I wanted to buy another Samsung I Talked to a sale's rep who suggested that the Samsung 55" QLED on sale would be my best buy it was and I was very happy with the pitcher quality and sound Samsung a brand I trust.

The screens image is so good. Oled tv is the best home viewing experience ever. The contrast from the dark to bright colors really is amazing. Highly recommend it. Specially for this affordable price.

Great TV. Very good picture quality and sound as well. The Geek Squad hung it in my master bedroom and did a great job.

We bought this item for our exercise room. The picture and sound are perfect for the area and general purpose. I will give the opportunity for demonstrations on our machines.

Very happy with this Sampsun 55" TV. The technician (Skylar) was exceptional. The remote is great, but would be better if backligjted for nighttime viewing.

So far this TV has been pretty easy to use. I've struggled with a few technicalities but I'm sure that's just because I'm old and slow. The picture is very clear and sound is decent without having surround sound.

Love it, the image is wonderful.It is fun to watch, the clarity and detail is incredible.
