Great TV. Easy set up easy install and great picture and sound wuality

I needed to return the first tv that I received, it was not what I thought it was. I called and got the nicest gentleman who helped me get another tv and return one. The man who delivered and picked up was also very nice and helped me get the websites i needed to enjoyed the new tv. Thank you L. Cahoon

Open box purchase. Almost perfect except missing remote and feet. For the price it was worth it. It still had the screen plastic in tact.

As always with Samsung tv’s the picture clarity and color is excellent. The sound is adequate but for a large room a sound bar would be better.

I couldn’t be happier with my Samsung Q7F QLED! The picture quality is absolutely stunning — deep contrast, rich blacks, and every detail is so sharp. Color performance is beautiful and vibrant, making movies and shows look incredibly lifelike. The QLED panel delivers bright, bold colors that really pop, even in well-lit rooms. Setup was easy, and overall performance has exceeded my expectations. If you want a TV with fantastic visuals and immersive viewing, this is definitely worth it!

Tv was easy set up and connected to my samsung phone instantly and made set up even easier. Beautiful picture and connects to sound bar wirelessly. Love this tv.

Its a big upgrade from LED to QLED, quality of images are more alive, more colorful, for gaming, movies, etc you'll enjoy this tv, plus remote control you dont need to buy batteries anymore you can recharged another upgraged.

Had to buy a TV in a hurry because our main one died on us. I usually go with Samsung but my main issue is always UI as it has always been hard to navigate and so slow. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the UI has been overhauled and is much more responsive than what I’m used to. On top of that the picture quality is really good for a $500 TV

Great picture. The smart aspect of the TV is different from our old Samsung and seems more cumbersome but could be because of the newness.

The tv is a great replacement for our eleven year old set that died. The colors are brighter and the sharpness is excellent. We did ,however,have to buy a new sound bar since this new set uses a different connection than our old set. Fortunately both the new tv and sound bar were on sale.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the TV. When I got the TV home, I discovered that it was damaged. The box had a dent and when I opened it, the TV back was dented in too. The box was loaded in my car for me so I didn't look at it closely before I left the store. The store should do a better job of checking the merchandise before it leaves the store. Also, I was very agravated that you cannot directly call a Best Buy store directly anymore. After a 20 mile trip back to the store they courteously exchanged it for me.

Samsung is a great product this 55 inch TV is a great quality product and the picture. The price was fantastic. I always love Samsung.

I am thoroughly impressed with this television. The audio quality, picture clarity, and construction are all exceptional. This is an outstanding product.

The tv was very easy to setup to my stereo system and to our wireless network. The remote had some surprises in that I can now control the stereo volume through the tv remote reducing have to use one for the tv and one for the stereo. I use a large digital antenna mounted in the garage and getting that setup was a breeze. Its been easy to switch between the tv, blueray player, ps5 and when switch turns on the device selected, pretty cool Still learning all the things it can do

This tv is amazing. The only recommendation I would make would be have some sort of pager button for the remote it is so tiny. It is constantly getting lost.
