After one week of use, a line of red dots appeared on the lower portion of the screen when the colors were dark. Exchanged for another one and after one week it is looking good. The product is fantastic, very intuitive with great colors.

It has quality picture, sound, and Smart TV options that are easily accessible. This 55'' TV was also very easy to mount and looks great in my living room.

I always really enjoy the whole interface and ease of use. I think Samsung has my favorite interface here. I mainly bought this for viewing angles. The viewing angles are GREAT when watching up and down OR side to side. BUT if you have to watch both down AND to the side, you reach a point where it starts to look bad for my taste. And how my living room is set up - that is exactly the angle I have to view from. So I had no option but finally go for an LG OLED. But unless you are viewing from the same specific angle as me, and you like brighter TV modes, this TV is probably ideal! Unless you go one level up to the 90 series.

The TV that can’t seem to be repaired

But from day one (35 days ago) the screen brightness flickers, gets dim overall and flicker responds to banging your foot on the floor or tapping lightly on frame. Four tech visits with days lost from work, replacement of main CPU board and entire screen finally replaced today, and problem still there. During the day, picture washes out mostly.

You can't tell in the store but what a huge difference! I have a sunroof but this TV is so dam bright no problem viewing at all!
