    Great picture quality but this model does not come with mlbtv app installed nor is it supported. I you like to watch baseball, look at different Samsung models

    We purchased our second smart tv from BB. This recent one was supposed to be glare free as the sales associate told us. We called BB to inquire why the heavy glare. When I asked about exchanging it for a glare free, we were told they had none in the whole United States. ???? We purchased a five year Geek Squad warranty. Seems like a waste of money at present. Will probably look at other options when we go to purchase another TV.

    Television was easy to set and and has a great picture quality. We are having issues at times with the face not being in sync with the person speaking.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q80A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
      2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

    In spite of some annoyances, this is a very good product. One annoyance was that we expected delivery and set up. The folks that delivered only did that. We were led to believe that they were going to do the set up and take away our old TV. Fortunately we had already uninstalled our old TV and had the installation location ready to go. Some other annoyances are due to the failure of the TV to support consistently some of the streaming services. We have been able to "fix" some of these issues through consulting UTUBE videos to find community work arounds for known problems.

    When my husband and myself went to Best Buy to look for a new tv, we were greeted by Matthew Sales Agent. He spent a very long time with us, answering questions and explaining features on different televisions. We did end up making a selection that day, the QLED Samsung Q80A, and Matthew took care of all of the details for our sale and setting up our in-home service. We recommend this associate for exceptional service, as he spend a lot of time with us and seemed to care about our wants and needs.

    Great TV. Easy set up for PS5 and several streaming service. The universal remote has cut back our 4 remote rig to just 1.
