    I purchased a 55" TV and soundbar to replace another TV from Best Buy. The original installation experience was not good but I took a chance and this time everything was perfect enough. The technician was friendly, punctual and solved a complicated installation problem. Best Buy needs to settle their phone system. As of last month it was almost impossible to reach a person in the store.
