Not for T V dummies

All i want is a plain tv with instructions on adjusting voice (base treble etc.) and picture. Downloaded and printed 250 page e-book. Found it confusing to use. Like sound (there is a tom-tom drum sound on most commercials and on some talking) can't find a way to get rid of it. Also can't find a way to adjust sound to my liking.

When I unpacked it at home, it was no power cable, no stand, no remote. When I tried to register it with Samsung I found that warranty already expired 6 moths ago. So, it was definitely a Pre-Owned product. I expect Best Buy to be a good business and replace it with a real open box TV
