    After only a single month in service the screen has turned almost completely black. Even at full brightness. Also, the sound is pretty much non functional. Extremely disappointed

    Had to return this TV, because the quality of image wasnt that good. The top of the screen had a black tint, like it was going to go dark soon.

    I bought this TV on November 29/2022 but the TV isn’t working right now. I so mad what happened within this short time. No kids in the house me and my wife.

    Defective and defective

    Bought one and set it up. It has dead pixels. Got an exchange, and the exchanged one is even worse with spots on the screen. Horrible on Samsung and Best Buy.

Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

    Suddenly stopped working after a month. Apparently Samsung uses cheap power supply boards and they burn out nearly immediately.

    I purchased a "certified" open box item. The TV was in original packaging. However, there was no power cord, remote or stand with the TV. Online chat hung up on me and would transfer me to a manager.

    Great TV, horrible "solar" remote

    I've had this TV for about 8 months. We love the image quality. The sounds is good. Functionality and apps are good. Where it fails is the unbelievably bad solar remote. The remote needs to be charged daily with a power cord. We have tried leaving the remote with the solar panel up all day in various lighting conditions (in the room, under a flourescent light, incandescent light, in a window sill with bright sun light). Nothing works. I get constant messages on the TV that the remote is below 20 or 10 percent within a few minutes of use every day. The remote is a great idea, but horrible execution. For the price paid, I expected much better. I would only recommend this to others with the caveat that they get a different remote.

    Giving a review post-3 years of owning. Unfortunately, after normal use, our TV no longer works. After 1 year, the TV remote (solar-powered) stopped functioning and Samsung Customer Support refused to help because it was 20 days past manufacturer warranty. They couldn't even provide a discount for an OEM replacement. 2 years later, the TV no longer turns on as it cycles through ON/OFF phases showing nothing on the display. Quick reddit search shows that this is a common issue among samsung TVs. Really unfortunate. Cannot recommend this product. However I don't give a 1 star rating because it worked well at the outset and gave quality performance.

    This was replaced by QBOC as the tv had a flaw picked up by installation specialist Frank. Frank did an excellant job. Good customer PR skills and very knowledgable. The tv is outstanding. Very happy.

    I like the size on this TV and it doesn't distort the picture. Sometimes we have trouble bringing up what we want but it's all about technology and we're not great at that! But this is a nice TV.

    Beautiful picture. BUT sync problem with voices driving me crazy. Old tv didn't do this. Did chat support and phone support with Samsung. Found no issues and blamed cable company. They came out twice and changed cable box, hdmi cords, cable ends inside and out. No change. Do not have sound bar or external speakers. Sync problem started on one channel and after 5 months is on just about all of them, including streaming. Sometimes can stop it by unplugging tv for a few minutes, but shouldn't have to do that. Just not happy with this situation.
