Once we got it all set up I was amazed, picture quality, color depths, it is beautiful! But why not 5 stars? Well that's easy, not all the features work. Sad. One of the reasons we bought this was because of the game mode. It was the big push my husband used to justify the cost of upgrading our older TV. So, I'm not impressed. Now, he can still game on it with no issues, and supposedly there's a patch coming, and has been planned. No word on when though. Not really impressed, feels a bit like a lie to me.

Mostly good but problem with audio selection

Was able to use RCA connected wireless headset to listen while watching TV on exercise bike, but also able to use the speakers on the TV for others watching not exercising. It had many input & outputs that this newer Samsung is lacking. After many attempts trying to find cables and plug adapters to use the older headset none of which worked since there are only a few input and outputs compared to the older Samsung. When I got a newer wireless WiFi headset I was very disappointed when Samsung Tech told me there was a multiple output setting which I have been unable to find that allows the TV speakers to work at the same time as the wireless headset. Up to now I can only use one or the other not both at the same time.

Good picture smart TV is pretty stupid

User interface poorly poorly designed, unintuitive. Many times i try to load hulu and get the black screen of death. Programs freeze when they run on other devices without a problem, clearly and indication that the TV is the problem. Tonight i watch a move on Amazon prime and was unable to then watch something on Hulu without turning off the TV and starting from scratch. i hope there is something better than this as my dumb tv was much smart than this smart TV

Please try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting and downloading the Hulu app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

I am sorry for the issue you are having with Amazon Prime. Samsung is aware of the error message, “Something went wrong,” and is working towards a solution.
In the meantime, please try power-cycling your TV:
1) Power off your TV using the remote or by pressing the power button on the TV.
2) Next, unplug your TV from the power source. If your TV is connected to a surge protector, power it off.
3) Wait 30 seconds, and then plug your TV back in.
4) Power on the TV using the remote or the power button.
