    The TV itself is wonderful, no complaints. The set up, however was unnecessarily complicated, you could not do anything at all until you downloaded an app, which was not easy to use, to do the TV set up. Also, the minimalistic remote is hard to see and navigate. Fortunately my old Samsung remote still worked on the new TV.

    After about 4 hours of trying to figure things out, I had finally got a picture on the tv. Samsung has made something that should be very easy, almost too complicated for the average person to use. I do not want to join a Samsung organization or club to use a tv. And their programming is way too complicated. The Sony that this Samsung replaced was very easy to set up and use. Probably never buy another Samsung tv. And find someone else to hang the tv. Best Buy wanted over $400 to hang this one. And the wall bracket was already mounted.
