This tv was easy to set up and to connect to all the online services we frequently use. The picture is clear and the sound is sufficient although we probably will get a soundbar at some point to make dialogue more clear.

I recently replaced an old plasma TV that I had in the basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade. I was originally considering the Q7F, which is probably fine for most people, but I’m glad I went with the Q8F series instead. The 120Hz refresh rate makes a big difference—motion is super smooth and definitely worth the extra bucks.
It also has more HDMI ports than my old setup, which makes it much easier to hook up all my devices. Plus, the thin casing looks fantastic mounted on the wall—sleek and modern.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Q8F. It’s a solid upgrade in every way.

Bought this as a replacement for our 40" older 4K TV that started having issues with screen burn-in and also audio dropping from time to time. Would have liked to get an OLED but didn't want to spend the money and with the QLED technology being improved each year I went with upgrading to a larger size. This tv is in a room that doesn't take full sunlight, so it's been a joy to watch movies and tv shows anytime of the day and have the image bright and colorful. The actual audio from the TV's speakers is very good. I was holding off buying a smaller soundbar, but I don't think I'll invest in one since the tv speakers are pretty good for the smaller room it's in and I don't know that I need a soundbar. Granted there is no subwoofer, but I have to say I'm not noticed missing any "booming" bass sounds when we are watching movies or tv shows. For the price, Memorial Day sale, I think it was a good investment.

The settings menus are a bit confusing, and i don't like that it will automatically change from the home screen to a tv channel if i do nothing for 10 seconds after turning it on. Otherwise, it seems a solid product.

Easy to set up and use. The Samsung System has a lot of choices and streaming is easy to get used to. Samsung was recommended by a friend. The salesperson was very friendly and had a wide breadth of knowledge about all of the various models and was able to compare and contrast.

Great TV, especially for the price. I upgraded from a 50 4k Samsung i bought back in 2015. Sharper picture and color. The cons are the main screen is kinda different, especially if you use the Roku. The TV remote really needs more buttons and options. Otherwise it's perfect

The best by far i have ever had or seen for the price range. the apps everyone already Use are pre downloaded and accessible is right there! It comes with alexa or bixby app which make using the remote pointless but if you are a gen x like me there’s just something weird about not using it but no more replacing batteries because it has a rechargeable battery just flip the remote over and the room light charges them with its solar panel! All and all this tv is worth every penny spent great features and great picture quality make this tv a must buy.

Just upgraded from my old Samsung of the same size, and I’m really happy with it. The TV is thinner and lighter than my previous one, which made mounting easier—I even reused my old wall mount after a bit of measuring. The setup was simple, and it hooked up to my Bose soundbar with no issues.
Picture quality is excellent—colors pop without looking fake, and the 4K upscaling makes older shows and movies look sharper. The AI scene optimization is a nice bonus, and the Tizen smart interface is smooth and fast with no lag.
One thing to be aware of is the remote. It has fewer buttons than the “classic” Samsung remotes, so it felt a little less intuitive at first. My brother, who’s used to this style, had no problem, but I needed a minute to figure it out.
Overall, if you’re upgrading from an older Samsung, this one is a solid choice. The thinner design, excellent picture, easy connectivity, and smart features make it a smooth upgrade, and once you get used to the remote, it’s a pleasure to use.

Our LG 4k tv died after just 5 years. Went in looking at the Samsung model lower than this one. I was so glad I went with this model. Setup was easy, using the smart phone to set it up. With the higher refresh rate, my PS5 looks better. Also the tv boots up faster. Only complaint is when using the Bluetooth connection, to our sound bar, not much volume comes through.

Was watching TV on my 12-year old Samsung 55" TV when suddenly with a loud bang (sounded like a firecracker) the screen went black and would not turn back on. Well, time for a new one. Went to my local Best Buy the next day and saw this TV. Installation was very easy and I was watching my shows in no time. Picture quality is fantastic. I plugged in my sound bar and I'm good to go. This is a great TV and the price was right, it was on sale. Sansung makes great TVs.

Samsung tvs are top of the class. I enjoy the clear picture, smart home options and the quality of technology. It’s accessible and has AI assistance. Compatible with all my devices and needs. Samsung TV offers built in 100s of channels which I prefer to cable or streaming at times.
Overall this is my second smart Samsung tv in the last 10 years and it’s worth it.

At first, I wasn't thrilled with this TV but soon realized it wasn't the TV causing problems - it was Spectrum having trouble with their service. Once Spectrum finally got around to addressing their problem, I soon saw this TV is great! Love it!

I have been using this new tv for a few weeks. Overall I am pleased with picture and the sound.
Its a little quiet on the sound level. You have to turn it to a higher volume compared to my previous tv.
It takes a little time to learn all of the user interface settings to adjust picture, brightness etc.
Definitely a good purchase for someone looking for a smart tv with a quality picture without having to spend a fortune
