Must have got a lemon, returned for credit. Used to quality of an OLED, ordered an LG OLED to replace this disaster of a TV.

Samsung has made something that should be very easy, almost too complicated for the average person to use. I do not want to join a Samsung organization or club to use a tv. And their programming is way too complicated. The Sony that this Samsung replaced was very easy to set up and use. Probably never buy another Samsung tv. And find someone else to hang the tv. Best Buy wanted over $400 to hang this one. And the wall bracket was already mounted.

Best Buy had the best price and as of today it’s working fine. Although I had to purchase a sound bar to enhance the sound when playing music.
