    Not as advertised, picture not that clear, went from clear at times to blurry, football games had motion blur, faces weren't sharp, almost as pastel. worst part was TV turned on with no one near the remote, shut it off by remote, and turned on five minutes later by itself. Must have got a lemon, returned for credit. Used to quality of an OLED, ordered an LG OLED to replace this disaster of a TV.

    Upgraded to a 55" after the screen of 32" TV went black. What an upgrade! Great individuals on Geek squad to help with set up/fine tuning of TV and connection of sound bar.

    After research this is the best tv for money. Best Buy had the best price and as of today it’s working fine. Although I had to purchase a sound bar to enhance the sound when playing music.

    Its got many good reviews but this TV is slow and doesnt have the supposed motion rate it claims to have. Lots of glitches and frame freezing. It keeps saying to update right after it been updated.

    I love this new tv upgraded from a 32 inch. My main pet peeve is it is not super easy to set up the picture you want, i am still tweaking it alittle from time to time, apart from that i really like it

    The picture is great! The volume is not so great, I have to push it into the 30’s just in my bedroom. This is the most rxpensive TV I have purchases to date & my first Samsung and I feel like its cheaply made - the back of the television seens to be very cheap plastic that xan ve pushed in very easily. We’ll see what happens.

      Volume Features to Check:
      • Auto Volume: Automatically balances volume when switching channels or inputs. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume
      • Sound Modes: Choose from preset sound profiles to better suit your preferences: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
      • AI Mode Settings: Enable AI Mode to let your TV analyze your environment and content, optimizing sound in real time. This includes:
      o Adaptive Sound
      o Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) – Raises dialogue levels when ambient noise is detected
      o Adaptive Volume

      Also Check:
      • External Devices: If you're using a cable box, streaming device, Blu-ray player, or game console, make sure the volume on those devices isn’t turned down. Also verify that all cables are properly connected and try reseating them.
