    Bought this to replace an old 20yo plasma screen that had a fire cube attached. I originally went for a much cheaper 55" firetv and was highly disappointed with it. I ended up returning it and getting this TV instead. I was pleasantly surprised; Samsung did a great job with the brightness keeping the blacks almost as black as the plasma. The AI is a little aggressive making people like they are always in front of a green screen and prefer to have it off bringing back the natural depth. The Tizen app does the job and is very responsive and would like more customization for the home screen layout. But it is very usable as is. It detected my old soundbar instantly and so far it's got all the same app that my fire cube had.

    We had to replace our previous Samsung TV and this one fit the bill nicely. Good price and lots of features. Good picture. The installation from Best Buy was great--we didn't have to do a thing.

    I purchased an LG tv and sound bar st the Eldorado location in Frisco, TX over the holidays. Upon having it installed it encountered repeated issues with my Direct TV box and would not connect. After werks of troubleshooting, AJ, a manager spoke to his Supervisor and got a new and better samsung w/a nicer soundbar replacement. I have to say I was reaching a boiling point over this reoccurring problem with no resolution. AJ got on it, expedited an install, setup and replacement of the LG tv. I now have a system that works great and am very pleased with the customer service I received!

    New Mini LED style technology

    Parents Just got this TV. Perfect for a bedroom TV. It does have some drawbacks that i would prefer to not have like my OLED but for its class and level it is a wonderful TV. Even though some apps arent useable thats what i have a firestick for. Samsung kills it again with a great upper middle of the road going into a more premium modeling for their TVs. Highly recommend a soundbar however as good as the TV sounds the depth isnt the same as it is with the higher 90 series model.

    Remite did not work. Sometimes the people look really fake. The color bleeds sometimes but I kept it anyway.

      Thank you for your feedback on the SolarCell Remote. If you’re having trouble with responsiveness, here are a few quick ways to check if it’s functioning correctly:

      1. Test for infrared signal: Use your smartphone camera to look at the front of the remote. (If you're using an iPhone, the front-facing camera works best.) While pressing a button, you should see a flashing light through the camera. This confirms the remote is sending a signal.
      2. Pairing: If the infrared is working, but the TV isn’t responding, make sure your remote is properly paired with your TV.
      3. Charging: If no light appears, the remote may need to be charged. Plug a USB-C cable into the port at the bottom, or place the remote solar-side up in a well-lit area to recharge

      If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type.

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
      • Standard – Ideal for general viewing
      • Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
      • Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
      • Movie – Best for viewing in low light
      • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

      You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

    Avoid if you use Spectrum TV App

    DON'T buy this TV if you use the Spectrum TV App. The model is not compatible with the App. I have spent hours trying to figure it out with Samsung Support. All they can tell me is that the Spectrum TV app is not compatible with this model. They will not tell me if there is an update coming that might be able to correct this.
