Syncs easily with Samsung sound bar. Highly recommend. (I considered the QN90, but this was a better buy....I can't imagine the picture being any better)

The Neo QLED is a tremendous series and a great value. The 55" QN85A Neo QLED 4K UHD met all my requirements. Admittedly I could have ventured into a larger screen of QN85A series but the motion rate on the 55" is the deciding feature for me. The ability to minimize on HDMI cabling between my Onkyo Tuner and the QN85A makes the BD and Playstation so much cleaner, especially in Dolby Atmos. This is one of the better valued offerings from Samsung. BTW, I opted to take advantage of the free delivery which made the purchase well worth it. Thanks to the gentlemen from Best Buy who were professional, proactive and prompt.

Overall I really am happy with the purchase I would buy the same tv only bigger if I was buying again. The picture is very clear and realistic. The sound is good but I would still recommend a sound bar

Easy to install and the Overall picture quality is excellent. 4 out of 5 rating is due to glitches with the smart app and installation of other streaming services and devices.

Television skin tone of people look pale or to red, no consistency. 4k channel's play clear. Regular television on some channel's are not clear. The tv go through a focus slowly situation similar to taking a picture on your telephone. Changing of scenes slow and lag. This Samsung does not compare to my last Samsung 2015. The people looked real almost 3d at times. The color was soft and tastefully done on my last Samsung 2015 that burned out after 7 years. The people skin tone was true to life on ever channel. Not the case with this tv.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's QN85A Neo QLED 4K Smart TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box are not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.
When watching various types of content, your TV will upscale as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve the picture clarity:
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, and set-top box to UHD or HD.
You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with your TV's response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Haven't had a new TV for 8 years and never have had a Samsung. Viewing is crisp and clear. The remote is obviously very different from the old LG TV. There is a learning curve but using it nightly for the first week helped. Also, the undo/back button prevented some mishaps. This TV is very intuitive. It's easy to use Alexa with it but we really haven't needed too. The price was good - $200 off most places other than Best Buy. Concerned we may need to call for help but so far, we haven't. Old TV never had Bluetooth so that's been helpful and much needed.

The best thing about it is the wide angle viewing. We didn't know there was such an option. Initially we purchased a 50" that didn't have wide angle viewing and when we were sitting off to the side at the computer (multi-tasking!) the picture just washed out. But with the new QN85A the picture is fantastic!

I love it and also the remote makes it easier to get to two of the apps most used, instead of pushing the home button.
