    Motion quality could be a lot better in tv shows, movies, and especially gaming. Disappointed in the video and gaming quality. Impossible to play certain games with the gaming engine due to quality involving motion and fps.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

    The TV was physically damaged during transit. Because I did not open the box immediately I am now stuck with a $1,000 TV that does not work. The return policy is far too short especially since you can buy this same product from other retailers that have better customer service experiences. I would encourage you to buy this product from someone else.

    I purchased this with high hopes. Unfortunately right out of the box there was a bright white dot on the screen that wouldn’t go away. However the sound quality from the tv speakers was great in my short time owning this tv. Best Buy was great during the return process.

    I can’t review. I never took it out of the store. It was supposed to be an excellent condition open box, but was missing the control and did not look excellent to me. So, I got my money back. It should had been a good or fair condition, not excellent.

    Factory Defect !!!! And Saw It for $200.00 Cheaper and would not match because I was a few days from the 15 day return policy

    do not buy this TV. Having major issues right out of the box. TV turning off and on for no reason. Skin tones are terribly red and have tried to adjust numerous times. Called Best Buy for support and was sent directly to Samsung. have a ticket in with Samsung and they want to service it with parts and components. Unacceptable for a TV less than 30 days old.

    55” Association Samsung NEO QLED Smart TV

    I absolutely love this TV! This is my second Samsung smart TV. Even the picture on my old one is still great but this new neo qled is stunning! The interface works beautifully with my Dish. I am not tech savvy, but it didn’t take me any time to get this up and running.

    crisp picture, great color and clarity. Two "cons"...the volume automatically rises (a LOT) when a commercial is on. And, secondly, a person's hair looks green under certain circumstances. If a person hight hair (very blonde or white) in a green room or background, the person magically has GREEN hair. Can'y comment on speakers, b/c I use a Bose TV speaker...
