    The TV is great but the two men that delivered it were terrible. Rude, not helpful. I felt like they didn’t want to be bothered with me asking questions. It wasn’t the geek squad but a 3rd party that delivered.

    We were extremely upset with the open box purchase that it would not work at all. Why would that unit even be available for purchase at the Best Buy Outlet. Our new TV is fine. Thankful.
