I apologize for the inconveniences you have had with the inconsistent sound volume.
The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

This tv was better picture but sound had issues. Would completely go out for several seconds every Few minutes. Pretty frustrating. Tested it on movies, sports, etc. so went back to store and purchased Sony 95 QD LED. They are delivering it Jan. 10 and picking up the Samsung.

Ron from Greek squad was able to answer my questions and not come up with a great plan. Shaun who did the install is fantastic. He’s done a couple things here before and I’m always happy to see him.

I would have given 5 stars except it took me a long time to get all the colors balanced. Most frustrating were the white areas, pink lips, and orange faces. Most difficult to fix were the too bright whites. Solved that eventually by turning on the Power and Energy Saving" and "Warm1" settings.
