Great TV with a few issues

After 14yrs with our previous tv it is an incredible difference(yes it was long overdue). The only real issue we have is that the settings to adjust the picture quality are confusing, often requiring change in multiple setting to see effects and still haven't been able to get the pictrue to what we know it can and should be. If you know how to manipulate the ever more complicated settings on tvs these days you will love this tv. If not youtube it. overall still a great product.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the QN90B TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the QN90B TV under Samsung Neo QLED 4K > B Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

Never had it installed as the Corporate GEEK SQUAD installation process is a MESS; After 3 tries I gave up on them and cancelled the order. They drive customers away. Terrible experience.
