The customer service at the Danbury store was magnificent.

Purchased this tv on December 2, 2024. No problems with it until today, December 23, 2025. There is now a black line across the center of the screen. After troubleshooting and calling Samsung call center, I have determined that the tv’s warranty expired last month and the line is a problem with the screen that would cost more to repair than buying a new tv. So disappointed in the lack of quality. Seems like a tv should last more than 1 year.

Great picture. Very clear, refresh rate is excellent. Color is very clear and crisp. Easily to register and connect. Sound is good. No need for a sound bar unless that is something you want, but this is good without.

You wont find a better picture than this Samsung TV. I was debating on if OLED was worth the extra money but once i got to see them side by side there is no comparison. The best thing that i noticed is how much details can be seen on a dark picture. The TV is also very thin and looks good. The only complaint is that I don’t like the smart app that it auto starts in every time you turn the TV on. Thankfully I found the setting so that the TV goes to the last input used when turning on.

The TV his great picture, and very sleek design. Im not a fan of the overly simplistic controller. Instead of having buttons dedicated to the big 4 streaming services, it should allow you to set what each button does or have more buttons to customize.

Best Picture Quality hands down. 120hz display is super smooth and the samsung software is easy to navigate. Only con is the speakers are really quiet so definitely would recommend a soundbar and subwoofer for the best experience.

This television is an excellent choice for a mid-tier OLED screen, stunning visuals and even gaming looks great when set at 120hz.

The most balanced TV between fast refresh rate, picture quality, and affordability. If you watching sports, the specs on this should ve your starting point.

Upgraded our TV in both size and picture quality. This Samsung S85 was the answer. Fabulous picture and easy to install. The remote took a little getting use to and the sound spikes was annoying. To remedy that, I have purchased a sound bar that addresses that. I would highly recommend this TV.

I am a huge gamer and when I seen that this TV was on sale I had to purchase it. The picture quality is great, especially when playing Spider-Man 2 and the color is great. The movies look good and it connects with my Alexa as well. I would definitely recommend this TV.

beautiful picture and the profile of this set is really clean and simple...looks great on the wall and in our room...moved our other Samsung to the bedroom as this is in our main viewing area and enjoying the updated model.

Absolutely love this TV. The OLED picture quality is stunning, with deep blacks and vibrant colors. Movies and games look incredible, and the Tizen operating system is fast and easy to navigate. Highly recommended.

Great picture quality. Very pleased with the TV. Waited to upgrade from a plasma TV, and they both have great picture quality and true blacks, but the 4k resolution does make this one a better TV if you sit close to the screen.

I recently upgraded my TV and this Samsung OLED display delivers deep blacks, vibrant colors, and stunning contrast—everything looks incredibly sharp and lifelike. It has a super easy-to-navigate interface with all the apps I need. It has ambient mode for when the TV is idle, it displays artwork, photos, or animations instead of just a black screen which is pretty neat.

Bought this to replace a Sony Bravia that had pixel failure. Love this TV! Great viewing of screen from any angle. Picture is excellent. Love how it works in Smart View with our Samsung phones. No complaints.

Nothing wrong with our old TV but it was 16 years old so we took advantage of a Best Buy sale. TV's have come a long way in the last 16 years. We don't game but everything else we watch on it has a fantastic picture quality. We're very happy with the purchase. Sound wasn't quite as good so we bought the matching Samsung sound bar. That made a huge difference.

Great picture, the perfect size for our room, easy to use remote
