Knowledgeable with out being condescending. Actually got me into better TV by describing features and benifits as well as selling receiver and warranty. Highest marks for customer service experience.

Great picture, crumby software/UI, dead pixel.

Software is terrible, can't select the streaming app I want to watch because it gets hijacked by the unavoidable "Recent" tile that causes the last used app to autostart. Can't use eARC to switch input to PS5 for this reason. It just constantly powers on the PS5 when trying to open Netflix, etc. if it is the Recent item in the tile. Also after 5 months of ownership I have a dead pixel in the middle of the screen (bright white) that is extremely distracting and apparently not covered under warranty. I hardly watch this thing because the software is so infuriating to use.
